Rear dormer loft conversion covered under permitted development, building regulation drawings and structural calculations.

Our loft conversion was covered under permitted development meaning we didn't have to apply for a full planning application. We got the Ask my Architect team to carry out all the design work including building regulation drawings, structural calculations and project management. They were experienced and very knowledgeable. We had a couple of issues as the build progressed but they were quick put right under the project management side of things.
